Enhance collaboration and provide context by attaching files directly to your tasks. Attachments are supported on all Oktuple plans—including the Free plan—so you can keep all related documents organized in one place.

📤 Add Attachments

Attach relevant files to an issue to ensure your team has access to all necessary materials.

Steps to add an attachment:

  1. Open the task modal by clicking on the issue.

  2. In the right-hand sidebar, find the Attachments section.

  3. Click “Open” to add a file from your device.

  4. The file will now appear within the issue for everyone in the workspace to access.

📝 Attachments support a wide range of file types, including images, PDFs, spreadsheets, and more.

    👀 View All Attachments

Quickly access and review all files linked to an issue.

    1. Open the task modal and go to the Attachments section.

    2. You'll see a complete list of all files added to that issue.

This keeps documents centralized and easy to find.

      🗑️ Delete Attachments

Keep your tasks clean by removing outdated or unnecessary files.

      Steps to delete an attachment:

      2. Navigate to the Attachments section.

      3. Locate the file you wish to remove.

      4. Click the trash icon inside the three-dot icon.

The file will be deleted from the issue, but the task itself will remain intact.

🖼️ Use an Image as a Cover

Make tasks visually distinct by setting an image file as the cover.

Steps to set a cover image:

        1. Open the task modal and go to Attachments.

        2. Upload a picture file or select an existing one.

        3. Click “Set as Cover” under the image.

This helps you visually identify tasks at a glance and adds a professional touch to your workflow.
