Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Oktuple, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the platform. 2. Services Provided Oktuple is a comprehensive project management system designed to help teams collaborate and manage workflows efficiently. With Oktuple, you can: - Create and manage projects, sprints, epics, tasks, and backlogs - Use agile boards and customizable workflows - Assign roles, manage workspace permissions, and collaborate in real-time - Analyze productivity and track progress with advanced reporting tools We may improve or change the features and functionality of Oktuple over time. 3. User Accounts To access Oktuple’s services, you must create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Oktuple is not liable for any unauthorized access caused by negligence or misuse of your credentials. 4. User Responsibilities When using Oktuple, you agree to: - Use the platform only for lawful, authorized purposes - Avoid uploading or distributing harmful, illegal, or infringing content - Respect the rights and intellectual property of others - Refrain from tampering with or disrupting the platform’s operations 5. Data Ownership and Privacy You retain full ownership of all content and data you upload to Oktuple. We do not claim ownership but require limited rights to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. Oktuple uses industry-standard security practices to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. 6. Subscription and Payment Certain features and plans on Oktuple are accessible only through paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to: - Pay applicable fees promptly - Provide accurate and up-to-date payment and billing information - Comply with the terms of your selected subscription plan Failure to make timely payments may result in account suspension or restricted access to premium features. 7. Data Retention We retain your personal data: - For as long as your account remains active - We'll keep your data for 1-month period after the last day of your subscription plan After this period, your data may be anonymized and used only for analytical purposes. 8. Intellectual Property Oktuple, including all design elements, branding, interfaces, software, and documentation, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent from Oktuple. 9. Limitation of Liability Oktuple is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for: - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Loss of data, revenue, or productivity arising from your use or inability to use the platform 10. Changes to Terms We may revise these Terms periodically. If we make significant updates, we will notify users through the platform or via email. Continued use of Oktuple after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 11. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario. 12. Duplicate a Task

Need to create a similar task without starting from scratch? Use the Duplicate feature to quickly copy any task—perfect for recurring workflows or templates! 🎯 🔁 Why Duplicate a Task? Duplicating helps you: - ✅ Reuse an existing task structure - ✏️ Make a copy with a new name or details - 🚀 Save time by avoiding repetitive work 🧭 How to Duplicate a Task Follow these steps to duplicate any task in your Workspace: 1. Navigate the Task Navigate to the task you'd like to copy and click to open it. 2. Click the Options Menu In the top-right corner of the task window, click the ellipsis (⋯) icon. 3. Select Duplicate From the dropdown menu, choose Duplicate. 4. Choose How You Want to Duplicate After clicking Duplicate, you’ll be given two options: 1️⃣ Quick Duplicate Creates an exact copy of the task with all the same details (name, assignee, subtasks, etc.).  You can edit the duplicated task later at any time. 2️⃣ Advanced Duplicate Opens a modal window where you can: - Rename the task. - Select in which project you select to copy. - Choose the destination Space, Project, Sprint and Workflow. This allows full customization before the new task is created. 5. Confirm and Duplicate Once you’ve chosen your duplication method and updated the necessary details (if using Advanced), click Duplicate.  Your new task will appear in the selected location. ✏️ Apply Changes Individually Want to tweak each duplicated task on its own? Here’s how: 1. Open the task you want to edit 2. Modify details like: - Task name - Description - Assigned user - Due date, tags, or priority 3. Click Save to keep your updates This allows you to fully personalize each task without affecting the original or other duplicates.

Add Attachments to Issues

Enhance collaboration and provide context by attaching files directly to your tasks. Attachments are supported on all Oktuple plans—including the Free plan—so you can keep all related documents organized in one place. 📤 Add Attachments Attach relevant files to an issue to ensure your team has access to all necessary materials. Steps to add an attachment: 1. Open the task modal by clicking on the issue. 2. In the right-hand sidebar, find the Attachments section. 3. Click “Open” to add a file from your device. 4. The file will now appear within the issue for everyone in the workspace to access. 📝 Attachments support a wide range of file types, including images, PDFs, spreadsheets, and more. 👀 View All Attachments Quickly access and review all files linked to an issue. 1. Open the task modal and go to the Attachments section. 2. You'll see a complete list of all files added to that issue. This keeps documents centralized and easy to find. 🗑️ Delete Attachments Keep your tasks clean by removing outdated or unnecessary files. Steps to delete an attachment: 1. Open the task modal. 2. Navigate to the Attachments section. 3. Locate the file you wish to remove. 4. Click the trash icon inside the three-dot icon. The file will be deleted from the issue, but the task itself will remain intact. 🖼️ Use an Image as a Cover Make tasks visually distinct by setting an image file as the cover. Steps to set a cover image: 1. Open the task modal and go to Attachments. 2. Upload a picture file or select an existing one. 3. Click “Set as Cover” under the image. This helps you visually identify tasks at a glance and adds a professional touch to your workflow. ⬇️ Download Attachments Download any attached file with ease. Steps to download an attachment: 1. Open the task modal. 2. Go to the Attachments section. 3. Find the file you need and click to open it. 4. Once it opens, right-click on the preview and select “Save As” to download it to your device. The file will be saved to your device for offline access.

Introduction to Subtask

Subtasks in Oktuple allow you to break down larger tasks into smaller, actionable items. This feature enhances clarity, accountability, and progress tracking–especially for complex assignments that require multiple steps or contributors. 🔍 Why Use Subtasks? Subtasks are helpful when you need to: - Break a task into smaller, sequential actions - Assign different people to different parts of a task - Track each sub-goal's progress individually - Stay focused on bite-sized objectives instead of the full workload ✍️ How to Create Subtasks (Step-by-Step) Follow these steps to create subtasks within any main task: - Go to your Kanban Board, Backlog, or any list view. - Click on the task you want to add subtasks to. Or from board view: 2. Locate the Subtasks Section - Inside the task modal, scroll to find the Subtasks section—it's typically near the bottom. 3. Add a New Subtask Click the ➕ Add Subtask button. - A new input field will appear. Enter the title of your subtask. - (Optional) Click into the subtask to: - Add a description - Assign it to a team member - Set due dates, tags, or priority 4. Save the Subtask - Hit ✅ Save or press Enter to confirm and add the subtask to the list. 👁️ Viewing Subtasks Oktuple displays subtasks directly within the parent task’s modal, so you can track them without switching views. To view subtasks: - Open the main task modal. - Scroll down to see all linked subtasks. 👉 If we add more subtasks, they will appear in the list. 👨‍👩‍👧 Assigning Subtasks You can assign each subtask to different team members based on expertise or responsibility. This enables: - Parallel task progress - Better delegation - Focused accountability 💡 Pro Tips - Use subtasks for checklist-like breakdowns of tasks - Assign individual due dates to subtasks for better time management Add comments or attachments to subtasks for context after opening them

You can scroll through or type keywords (e.g., “happy,” “rocket,” “heart”) in the search bar. 4. Click to Insert Once you find the emoji you want, just click on it — it will be instantly inserted into your text. 5. Send or Save Add any final edits, then send or save your message. Assigning Tasks

Assigning tasks ensures that the right people are responsible for getting things done. Whether it's a single person or multiple team members, Oktuple lets you manage assignments with just a few clicks. How to Assign a Task: 1. Open the task you want to assign. 2. Click on the "Assignees" section. 3. Select one or more team members from the dropdown menu. 4. The selected users will appear under the task as assigned members 👥 Multiple Assignees You can assign one task to several team members at the same time. This is useful for tasks that require collaboration, shared input, or group execution. - Available in all Oktuple plans - No need for Owner permission to use Why Use Multiple Assignees? - Distribute workload among several people - Ensure all contributors are aligned - Improve collaboration on shared tasks 👤 Single Assignee For tasks that need clear ownership and responsibility, you can assign them to just one person. This helps avoid confusion and ensures one person is in charge of execution. How to Assign a Single Person: - Simply choose one team member from the dropdown. - If others were already assigned, selecting a new person replaces the old ones. ❌ Removing Additional Assignees If someone no longer needs to be part of a task, you can remove them easily. To Remove a Team Member from a Task: 1. Open the task. 2. Go to the "Assignees" section. 3.
