🎯 How to Add Emojis (Step-by-Step)

1. Open a Comment, Task Description, or Message
   Go to the area where you want to add an emoji — such as a comment box on a task.

   

2. Click the Emoji Icon 😊
   Look for the small emoji picker icon in the text toolbar — usually a smiley face

   

3. Browse or Search for Emojis
   A pop-up window will appear, organized into emoji categories. You can scroll through or type keywords (e.g., “happy,” “rocket,” “heart”) in the search bar.

   

4. Click to Insert
   Once you find the emoji you want, just click on it — it will be instantly inserted into your text.

   

5. Send or Save
   Add any final edits, then send or save your message. Your emoji is now part of the communication!
